For the start, I chose the base scenery which I wanted to edit for the ad. I stopped at one of the most popular - Moscow Kremlin. Next, I needed to flud it. Found some fish, and seaweed. Rocks and rusted ships for the river bottom. Of course, I also destroyed buildings to show the level of the damage. Added shades and fog created the proper underwater look. The last thing I needed to do was just to place the text of the ad.
